I've seen this being used by several forums, but can't seem to find the mod and/or instructions on where or how to do it. What I'm referring to is the URL link that shows the Thread Title (or page title in case you visit other pages such as Members, etc.) instead of the default newthread&f=234234234.

Here's an example of how the URL shows instead.
