Yes I would also like to know if this stops showing after member agreed or if it's something that shows every time?

Now this hack would be perfect if you had the option to change it so the user had to agree to the agreement to view the forum. Especially usefull for adult type forums.

How can we put the agreement form under or over the Post Icons box or Over the message editor?
