can someone tell me how to turn off the initial "welcome" email
sent by vbulletin when new users are registered.

Admincp / User Registration Options / Send Welcome Email (click Yes)

thanks for the help but there is no "User Registration Options" button or link 9 at least none that i can find ).

where should i see this ( i assume on the left frame w/ the rest of the buttons) ?
