Blank Page in subscriptions logs
Hey I have this problem so I can't check my subscriptions Logs and I really need it enabled...
When ever i click on either >Transaction Log or >Transaction Stats It loads like a blank page (check Screenshot) Screenshot: http://i35.tinypic.com/24vmhie.png I don't know could be causing this, it use to be working, I even tried re uploading the subscription Like Everything else works such as Subscription Manager Add New Subscription Subscription Permissions Payment API Manager Test Communication So What can I do to fix this? |

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. |

Marco's second suggestion was to reupload the files. Did you try that?
Also, you may want to check your error_logs and see if anything is in there. |

So? It could be that a file was not uploaded correctly/completely. It happens all the time to users who then have this sort of problem/error. So, try reuploading the files and also check the error_logs.

Your logs are typically in your root folder - on the same level as your public_html folder.

The logs? You should see a logs folder with both access_logs and error_logs. That is on linux. If it's windows, I have no idea.
