Hi Dears
i have problem ... i want limit register for who try to register again with one PC ... if they have a lot of ip or use a lot of email how can we limit users ? i want use some program help me know users who register two time or more with one PC ...
i see in one forum they did this ...
plz see this photo .. i take it from one forum they did :

users who have 2 register show BOLD
i test it on this forum and its work even user remove Cockie but i dont know what didthey do....
plz Help Me
