Registration of new user DB error massage

Made database from the forum of punbb in vbulletin 3.7.4 all as though normally, only upon completion of registration an user sees such report

although to call under information indicated in the process of registration, upon completion registration - it is possible. Tried reupload all forum - did not help.
Also, why that e-mail notifications do not come new users about successful registration.
