Default Moderation que after 100 ranked by users
I'm looking to set my forums up similar to the
homepage of slickdeals.net

My entire site is basically a forum running vbulletin 3.7.4 with vbseo

Lets say threads are posted and then ranked by users, when a thread gets, lets
say 100 "thumbs up" a notification gets put into a admin moderation que to be approved to show up on the homepage. Home page could be VBadvanced.
Thanks for any help. I'm hoping there is a mod for this.
