The modification used here on vB.org is a slightly modified version of Xenon's.

Any chance of posting the mod for everybody to download. I mean the "modification used here on vB.org"

I'd love this also - I thought there was a way to set this up in ACP though? Without a Mod..

Not likely, and even if we wanted to release it, Xenon would have to give an OK.

No, it does not exist by default.

Prevent doubleposts is the modification for auto-merging and you can set a time limit in admincp.
