It will display the "Popular Members" based on friend count in your vBulletin forums.

Username link to profile.
Member Friend Count.
Member Count
Order by friendcount
Username HTML Markup (fetch_musername)
Uses exec_switch_bg (Reads $bgclass and returns the alternate table class)
