Reputation help!!

Tryin to find a way to make it so my members gain 1 or X reputation a day, that they LOG into their account.

ie. if I go to VBulletin, log in, and view the forums - at XX:XXpm - user gains 1 Reputation.

But if I do not visit Vbulletin for 3 days, 0 Reputation was given for 3 days.

Basically, something to give them for each day they are there, and active.

Using this formula, I planned to have my Promotions set off of this.

However, I do not see where I can make them gain 1 per day of being active.

I have it set up so the 'Activity' setting is: 1 log in, 2 posts
Activity counts as (box is checked) - Only Logging in

Still NOTHING.

Some members, get Reputation, some do not. I can't NOT figure out how to get this working. It's basically the foundation of how they get features/abilities.

I would LOVE for help on this, it's the biggest problem im facing on my forum right now.

On a side note: I hate the Auto-Merge feature (since my posts often get pushed to the 3rd page, and i can not bump them the next day) - if anyone is familiar with Ad manager Help which is my topic for help on the Ad manager.

Aside from the auto-merging be to far apart, is it a default feature of VB? How can i make this apart of my site also? Or enable it? I don't see it in the user posting options.
