Archive an Extra user field

First i know is my fault and that i not properly deinstall all old hakcs and forum addon.

But need littel help and advaice how could i do manaly.
So first problem is that is my archive page not show any more.
All looks ok. I have in arhichive direktory index.php global.php archive.ccs form 3.7.3 Patch Level 1. But nothing is display.
When i look source i get just this:

So in wich template is that old hack stay
if i revert formhome or i dont have any arhiv template in my options ..

The same problem have in usercp
Extra fild dont work, it some hack problem, where i could find and put thing on the back on the the deflult. The second thing here is i dont have album options ..
