Does anyone know of a mod that will add an option increase/decrease the font sizes for users that are visually impaired?

Hold your Ctrl key down while you use your mouse wheel to increase-decrease font size.

If your font size is good for regular users, it should also be good for those with poor vision considering that they probably already have set their browser to a large font size.
