Use vbphrase[ ] in forum title, description

Hi,

I am wondering how i can use $vbphrase[] in the forum title and forum description in the admin cp so my forum title and description change if i choose another language.

I know there is a mod that can do the same job in a different way : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=158387
