Is there a mod for the Similar Mod or Similar Thread ?

Example
When you search for something and you click on the link a mod or thread similar to the post you have found shows up underneath the post.

Is there anyway that the search runs itself and shows similar threads when you view a thread.

The same way it does on vbulletin.org !

Thats a default option available in all VB boards, you need to enable it in your VBulletin Options for Similar threads. its in thread display options
