Vbulleting not registering popups
Hi,
My VB install doesn't seem to be registering the javascript popups properly. In the template it's calling vbmenu_register in the global js file and passing a single parameter, the id if the <td> which contains the popup link. In the function it tests to see whether the typeof vBmenu is object. If it is it calls another function, if not it returns false. I added some alerts to see what was happening and 3 times on one page it returns false. Can anyone tell me about the vBmenu object - where it comes from etc? Thanks. |

Are you talking about the default Popups not working or your own custom ones? This is the only information I could really find: vBMenu Popup Menus

Create a New Default Style with no Parent Style. Browse the affected page using this style, does your issue persist?
If it does, upload and overwrite the /clientscript/ directory and it contents, with a new set of files from vBulletin.com. Browse again using the "New Default Style" you just created, is the issue resolved? |
