Gender List in Profile box?

I remember seeing a mod long ago that allowed someone to put more information in their profile other than age. One of them being wether they where male or female...single, etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Someone inquired about it, the memory was jogged, but now I can't refind it..

Then add:

With field X being from said mod you installed.
