Currently I'm developing a website where I use the GARS mod to host articles. For my personal blog I'm using Windows Live Writer to write the articles and then upload it to my blog.

I was wondering if it would somehow be possible to use the Live Writer for vbulletin posts?

You could try searching the Modifications section, however I'm not personally aware of coming across any such modification.
