Put the code given in the previous post in the Forum description box and not the forum title box. (You need to change images/vista.gif to the correct path to the image).

You cannot simply use HTML in posts, it is potentially dangerous, so vBulletin disables it by default. You can, however, download one of the embedding modifications, which safely insert HTML into posts.
