Well, I was browsing some forums and saw View Forum Leaders is usually displayed a weird order. I think there should be a mode where you can actually reorder which user group should come first to last...

Any takers...or has this already been made?

You can edit each usergroup that you don't want to show on the Forum Leaders Page.
Click not to show on Forum Leaders Page.

I have heard others put this infront of the group name that they want first: 

then change the 1 to a 2 for the second one and so on.
