Login Issues?

ok when i try to login to my site

i can login admin just fine but when i want to login as a regular user with my same login etc

say thank you for logging in etc and redirects when the page loads im not logged in?

i have my cookie set to blank?

can anyone help out here

Check cookie domain/path. The domain probably needs to be .domain.com (note preceding dot).

yes i have that in place but still not working correctly

http://mysite.com i can login to admin..... but not regular user
http://www.mysite.com i can login regular user but not Admin..?

i have my cookie domain set to ".mysite.com "


do i need to add the same setting to the "path to save cookies"?


also the way i have my site set up is i just have all the files in the direct root

my forums etc are NOT in a /forums/ folder

IE http://www.forums.mysite.com <--- not set up like this

http://www.mysite.com

Make a .htaccess redirect to with "www" or no "www". Choose the one you like.

wtf kinda suport is this? does it say Ask ++++ing google anywhere on this site? u need to have a few new lessons in how to give you dam customers support ...welp time to email the head admin
