i prefer hiding the administration side on most of my sites... no HTML Markup, no list, nothing... people tend to panic on private flaming when they see the managers acting on them...

I don't have a care in the world for moderators. Back when I had them, all but a couple of them got power trips and just caused a ton of drama.
Most people don't have big enough forums to require moderators anyways. Unless you're extremely lazy.. |

I hide it however we have usergroups as mods though so it just shows the usergroup so you dont know who is actually moderating.
