Ok How Do I make my Super Mods Avatar larger than the rest of the user?

<font color="darkgreen">In the Admin cp under user groups, edit the Super Moderator user group under the "Picture Uploading Permissions" section where it states "Custom Avatar Maximum Width (pixels)" adjust the pixel sizes to the desired size for that usergroup.</font>

I have them set at 150 150, but they do not seem any bigger.... is that because the avatar they are using is set smaller?

That is correct, if the max size is 150 that just means it cant be bigger than 150 but it could be smaller depending on the size of the avatar.
