I need my xbox 360 forum away from my ps3 like www.se7ensins.com/forums how they are separated

They have Categories separating things. When you create a forum, you may select "No" at "Act as Forum (Will act as category if no)" and you will end up with a Category which you may then use as the Parent for other forums. See the manual - Adding or Editing a Forum
