First Feedback
This is my first time leaving a feedback here, so not sure if these have been requested before.
1. Ability for member to change their username at their own discretion, anytime. There is no reason for the staff to question why a member wants to change their username. We are licensed customers, a customer has a right to update their own personal information. Why does the staff have to question this? I don't question my clients (business) or members (forum) why they wish to change their username. After all, its just a username. 2. Sort "installed modifications" in alphabetical order. 3 A more professional, or at least custom / unique "lively" theme for this site. After all, this is a mod forum. Why not show off a few high end themes? I'll donate to that cause. |

Just think if banks let you change all your info without verifying anything, would you really want that business model in place with your money? The same thing goes here as well, even if it causes you simple inconveniences from time to time. As for #3 I was hoping for the Thanks plugin to be used on threads rather than endless posts of simple thanks to make finding actual bug posts easier. |

I think your #3 response was probably misread, or for another thread you were reading as it has nothing to do with what my #3 feedback stated.
As for username changes, its completely irrelevent to vbulletin.org to be sure of anything if a customer wants to change their username. Their username is THEIR username. It is not the license, nor a license code nor anything to do with verifying your actual forum is licensed, you are the owner, etc. |

1. vBulletin.org doesn't allow name changes often as it is hard to get to know people. And to keep track of who is who.
2. As the Installed Modifications uses the default search and would require modifying that code. 3. vBulletin.org uses the current theme as a way to show how easy customization is and to make it easily recognized as official. And vBulletin.org used to have a "lively" style. |

1. Sorry but that isnt going to happen. Our policy is not allow name changes unless there is a very good reason and there are no plans to change that atm.
2. Why ? 3. We are quite happy with the styles we have and again, there are no plans to change them. |

Has there actually ever been a suggestion thread that was agreed to? I can't remember one. Even my thread suggesting the  smiley be added was nixed.
I once asked to have my registration date changed because I reregistered with a different license and was told No as well. I've actually been here since August of '04. |
