Great navbar [ can u plz tell me how u made it lik dat]
but u shouldn't have a adsense in header and that also two of them, not to mention they are image ads.
skin is quite okay too

i don't understand your colors choice ... i mean brown, blue and light blue aren't so good together .... obviously that's my opinion

Do you use Ajax Tabbed for the NavBar?

I like the tabbed navigation bar, but the overall color scheme is visually unappealing because you're using too many different color groups: blues, dark teal, cyan, browns. I would suggest picking one color palette and working with that. Look at both free and commercial styles and perhaps you can find one which you like.
