This is a bit of a newbie question, but is it possible for a normal user to change the title of their thread? While experimenting with my new vB, it seemed like it was only possible for a user to change the title of their post and post text. I checked the administrative settings and tried setting the "Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title" to 1 million. However, that didn't seem to help much. Is there some hidden option I'm missing or is this a moderator-only power?

If they are within the time limit, they should be able to hit the edit button and edit the post title, which will also change the thread title (if within the thread title time limit as I said). Otherwise admins and mods can use the Edit Thread option from the Thread Tools menu. Regular users cannot access this option.
