Default IE Developer Toolbar ? Ruler problem
Folks

Does anybody have IE Developer Toolbar installed on IE7 and experience a problem where if they type Shift-R in a vBulletin WYSIWYG editor box the ruler popup appears? It's really irritating me as it seems to happen even when the Toolbar is not enabled
