Converting from php 4 to php 5 - Need a quick answer
Hi
My site is currently using php 4.4.4 I need php 5 to run the goldbrick mod I can get it upgraded just by emailing hostgator but will it have any detrimental damage on my forum and will it mess up any of the mods installed in a big way. Could do with a quick answer so i can get the email sent off if it sounds like it will be ok. Thank you in advance Ben Jones |

vBulletin (3.5/3.6/3.7) will run on PHP 5, and it is recommended to do so as PHP 4 has reached EOL. Some modification may not work with PHP 5, but it is only a select few.

The Mods that don't work typically have the array_merge error. If you look in the vbulletin Articles forum, there is a thread that outlines how to fix this error. Also, you may want to read the threads for the modifications you have installed and see if this issue has been brought up beforehand.
