Is there any way in vBulletin to purchase multiple items in one transaction?
For instance, we have events where there are charges for registration, dinner, seminar, etc. I may have someone come with their spouse and want 1 registration, 2 dinners and 1 seminar. Someone else may want just 1 registration and 1 seminar. Another wants 1 registration, 4 dinners and 2 seminars. In the past, I have combined the variables to create single subscriptions - i.e. one registration, one dinner, one seminar -- one registration, two dinners, one seminar -- one registration, two dinners, two seminars, etc. In order to post every possible permutation of the options as a single subscription is very time consuming and confusing to the members. And they don't want to have to go through the payment process 3 or 4 times to get what they want. I've looked at some shopping cart solutions, but haven't found any that people say are really 100% integrated with vBulletin. I really don't want or need a full fledged shopping cart/retail solution, just the ability for people to select more than one item and pay for all of them in one transaction. Is this possible? Thanks for your help. Tim |
