Where is the setting for this? Some of my users want a slightly larger image than the default.

Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > select your usergroup to edit > Picture Uploading Permissions

Thanks. I can't believe I didn't look there. I kept looking in the vBulletin settings, not the user groups...
