Good vB Shopping Cart with Affiliate function?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a shopping cart for one of my vB sites. However it will offer actual and digital products (mostly digital at first). However the catch is, I want to have an affiliate program that I can set a pre-determined payout per user group; for example a usergroup is the owner of a said say script, or music file, it will automatically calculate how much they get paid out. At the end of the month it pays them out; but the administrator side of things gets to say yay or nay to the payout and can change the ammount etc. Would also be able to send detailed reports to the user... I am thinking this doesn't exist on a vBulletin level but I am hoping it does. Anybody?
