E-mail Problem
First of all, Yesterday I sent an e-mail to my forums members. About 75% Received the message and the others did not!
I was kind of shocked. And It's me one of the members that didn't receive an e-mail Can you help me to know the problem, and actually the profile setting is yes for sending admins e-mails! This has to do with a character that the computer isn't recognizing. If they don't have the font install, they'll get something like that.

Ok what about the first problem which is about receiving the e-mails!:S!

The first problem is that they probably have an invalid e-mail or they mistype their e-mail. It's best that they double check to see if it's type correctly.

this is an encoding problem , did you try changing encoding to arabic-windows ?
