What do these database errors mean?
I got a bunch of this emailed to me today (and have gotten a few different ones here and there throughout the month) was wondering what they could mean?
Code:
Database error in vBulletin : mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) /home/justfor1/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 274 MySQL Error : Error Number : Date : Saturday, March 22nd 2008 @ 10:02:25 PM Script : http://www.worldformoms.com/admincp/index.php?do=home Referrer : http://www.worldformoms.com/admincp/index.php?do=nav IP Address : 96.247.66.180 Username : Classname : vB_Database |

It means someone has visited the forums, but vBulletin couldn't connect to the MySQL server for some reason. It usually means the MySQL daemon is down and was restarted (if it works now).
