Default No format options?
Is the something i'm missing? When i post as a administrator i get all the options above the post box, a wysiwig interface. But as just a reg member i get just a box with icons under, no format bar.

In
'Message Posting Interface Options' > 'Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls'

everything is set to wysiwig?

Is the another setting?
