Question
I hope this is not a question I missed looking through the forums.
I am considering Vbulletin right now for one of my websites. What I am looking for is user photo galleries or the ability for the registered user to upload and basically maintain there own gallery to a degree. Would this be a plugin or is it available from the box. Also if this is available would it be possible to incorporate with a registration fee for the space in the future? I hope the above made sense to everyone Thanks Doug |

Hi AKDoug,
To answer your first question, In the upcoming version of vbulletin (3.7), they do have a user photo gallery. "User Picture Galleries vBulletin users can now create albums and upload pictures to their account." http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showp...69&postcount=7 If your comfortable with vbulletin as a beta right now, then yes it is available from the box. The latest stable version 3.6.8 does not have a user photo album out of the box, you will need to get a mod. And for your second question, I have no idea. I doubt it but most likely if someone wants it, its going to be made as a mod. Ryan |

for #1, RCWong answered pretty well...
for #2, the permissions system inside vBulletin let the admin decide to apply subscriptions to access specific features, so yes, it is possible with the default features to apply a fee to be able to access the features you want for your paying members. |
