I have the database that biger 150mb, I have used mysqldumper to restore , but it can not restore. Does anyone have new ways to upload, Please so kind me .

You'll need to use a program like PuTTy
I know there is an article in here somewhere on how to use it

You can also use this http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php if you don't have ssh access.
