I posted this in the "How Do I" forum and was told it was a hack that was needed. So here's my question.
I'm looking for something that would allow me to create custom fields in the registration field, i.e. First & Last Name and move them either under the Required fields or Optional fields. Actually, since they are always added to the Optional fields, maybe if the "Field is Required" radio button is selected then it would automatically be put under the required fields header. Thanks, Josh |

I simply moved them up directly under the required fields in a category called Demographics. I then mark each one as required or not in the description. The required fields are made to display first as well.
Just a little template change and a little thought of how to layout your custom fields before hand. |

Could you elaborate a little more on how to do this? I'm just learning how to use the templates and make changes. Any help you could give would be great.
Thanks, Josh |

In register_adult and register_coppa move $customfields where you want it to be.
Then in the control panel under "Custom Profile Fields" click modify and rearrange the display order and field descriptions to suit your needs. |
