Mod to hide specific content from a usergroup

I'm looking for a way to use a custom bbcode to denote parts of a post that I want to hide from a specific usergroup. I've tried a number of things in different areas to no avail. Anyone got any posts or mods or any help they can provide so I don't hit my head against the wall anymore?
