Oh shoot all you do is download the zipper and unzip it and go to

Admin CP> Styles and Templates> download and upload files> browse, click ok, and your good to go.

Thanks I basically did this for a friend who's site crashed and not able to put anything together now but here is a screen shot

I only did this because someone a good friend was unable to do anything as far a color schemes from there admin cp so it is pretty plain and that is the way that they wanted it done.
