Can a member give me a link in this site to where it gives a hack or instructions to make a links page that shows other websites?

I would also need to know how to add the navigation to the home page to get to the links page.

Hmmm theres a links and downloads manager, theres toplist and affiliates. They all do that but serve very different purposes.
