Can unlicensed members vote on the MOTM poll?

i hope they can't... the whole point of having these polls are to give real-members the right to give their opinion... not visitors...

and i think that these features are deactivated by default for guests... so i hope this is the same for unlicensed...

can we start a poll on that?!.. lol

Unlicensed members cannot vote in any poll, MOTM or otherwise.
