Individual activation link?

I want to make it so that if someone hasn't activated their account yet, when they login to my site, they see a link to activate their account.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Not sure why you want that, it defeats the whole purpose of account activation (verify the email address).

For people who's email might have gone to the junk mail folder by mistake.

Not to worry though, I found it.

Turning off activation would be a better solution.
