Is ther ea vbulletin hack/program that allows for a logged in user to download files? All I want to do is to allow a person to download files once they are logged in. I would also like to keep track of what users have downloaded files. An suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Disable guests group from viewing/downloading attachments.

There is a hack to track who has downloaded a file, dont recall its name, do a search in the modification forum.
