Global Alphabetical Thread Display
Hi guys, I'm sorta new around here but not new to vbulletin.
I did a search and turned up several good leads but one of the most promising was outdated code back to 2002. I wanted to know if there is any way to have a global setting to affect all forums and display threads in an alphabetical order by default. I was considering modifying the forumdisplay.php file defaults but I'm not all that good with PHP as of yet. If you can locate what code to change and what to change it to I would have no problem doing so. I know there is a option to change the thread display order per forum but I really don't want to have to change several hundred forums. I thank anyone in advance that can help out. Also if there is any kind of override of the global setting (maybe an if/else statement) that would be handy as well. BTW, this is for the latest version. Thanks again! |
