Jump to soft deleted post
On the board I moderate, general population can only soft delete their posts (most probably have no idea about soft vs hard delete) and the Mods then review the post and decide to restore, hard delete or leave it in case of further action at a later date depending on the circumstances. But finding these soft deleted posts can be a real bear at times.
Is there a hack, or is it possible to make one so that all the Mod (super Mod, Admin, depending on the permissions) has to do is click on the deleted post trash can icon in the thread title and be taken to the deleted thread? I've seen all the different sorts of add-ons that dropp the deleted post to a trash forum, but in our instance, I think it would be preferable to leave the post in it's original thread in case of restoration, and to easier to grasp the context of the precedeing conversation. |
