Paid subscription conditional within template
Hello I want to display certain content on extra page (set up with Logician's webtemplate addon).
I want to restrict this content only to users with active paid subscription. I can not find conditional like this: is_member_of($subscriptionid, 1) Is there any way to achive this? Thanks!!! |

Code:
<if condition="!is_member_of($vbulletin->userinfo, X)"> USER IS NOT SUBSCRIBED <else /> USER IS SUBSCRIBED </if> |

Thank you for your reply dismounted!
The thing is that I do not want to use usergroup change along with subscription. I am only looking for conditional regarding subscription id not usergroup. I do not want to use usergroup along with paid subscription because it is overkill - I need to differentiate this users only on one page (not forum page) so there is no need for complex usergroup concept. I only need filter content of one page according paid subscription.... Is there a way to do this? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

How is it overkill? The system is designed to handle larger amounts of Primary/Additional usergroups.

I mean overkill because I only need access only one page for subscribed members for downloading one document.
I do not want to use any of these conditional within forum. Therefore all settings for usergroup would be overkill and if I set up about 30-40 subscription I will have to set-up 30-40 usergroups which is overkill for administration.... So basically I need to subscribe users only to this one page and avoid hassles with usergroup settings for entire forum. But I will need subscription conditional that can be implemented for that download page... Many thanks! |
