Different Ads in specific threads

I have a question regarding ad placement for my forum. Typically I would place the ad where it would show the same ad across every forum. However I have specific ads which would be better displayed within a specific forum, such as the pet subforum. I want to target ads (sponsored and affiliates) in that area and not the rest. I'm trying to find the template for each forum so I can place openads code within that are to get them to display.

However here is the problem. I am not sure how to get this done.
