Request: keep record of 'all rules accepted'

Would be very important to keep record of 'all rules accepted' in case
of any kind of problem with some bad users.
So i suggest to develop (if exists please write me) an addon that sends
to webmaster copy of 'rules accepted' with
name of user, email, ip number and the declaration 'i accept all rules'.
This email could be sent when the user click on 'I accept rules' OR
maybe sent when the user must confirm
his application replying to welcome e- mail (when requested).

I don't see the purpose of this, since to register, *every* user must accept the rules, so you already know that they all accepted the rules. What would an extra email saying the same thing accomplish?

Hi, in Italy the law is must severe then other Locations and for minimum things it is risked of end in tribunal, above all when manage certain types of forum, the better thing is always to have one written of what the user signs doing in manner that they come delivered the rules signed to the user for then to print and to hold the paper copy with the IP, Username, Email, and if need other things.
