How do I split my forum into tabs, the vbulletin.org style?

the tabs are just links https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=184
the hide tha forums from the forumlist => just put a 0 to the sortorder in the acp then it will not be displayed and then build div tabs or images or whatever in your header/navbar to get tabs
