Hi!

I have recently noticed that every message that a user posts on my forum and has uppercase letters it automaticaly changes them into lowercase.. I have checked the prevent "SHOUTING" option and it is set to 0. The problem still exists.. Any help??

Prevent shouting means that you don't allow all cap posts. If you want all cap posts to stay as all caps, then you do not want to prevent shouting.
